Peer Support Services provide recovery-focused support from trained Peer Support Professionals who use lived experience, encouragement, and practical guidance to help individuals work toward greater stability, independence, and wellness.

1915(i) Individual & Transitional Support provides individualized, community-based assistance to eligible individuals who need support developing and maintaining skills for greater independence. Services may focus on daily living skills, community participation, household routines, transportation, employment and education goals, problem-solving, self-advocacy, and other goals identified in the individual's service plan.

Better World Care's In-Home Care services are designed to help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Support may include assistance with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, light household tasks, companionship, respite, and other routine needs based on the individual's care plan.

Better World Care provides individualized services based on each person’s strengths, needs, preferences, goals, eligibility, and plan of care. Services may be provided in the home, community, or other appropriate settings depending on the service, authorization, staffing, and individual needs.
